1. Nature of Services
Akarshan Laminates provides a digital loyalty and rewards platform. Customers earn reward points by scanning QR codes affixed to Akarshan Laminates products (plywood, laminates, and related items) purchased from authorized dealers and distributors. The platform itself does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods.
2. Digital Delivery of Rewards
- Reward Points: Upon scanning a valid QR code, reward points are instantly credited to the user's digital wallet within the Akarshan Laminates app.
- Payout Delivery: When a user requests a withdrawal, the payout amount is delivered electronically to the user's specified UPI address or bank account via our payment partner, Cashfree Payments.
- No Physical Shipment: Since all rewards and payouts are digital, there is no physical shipping, packaging, or courier delivery involved.
3. Payout Processing Timelines

Timelines may vary depending on bank processing hours, public holidays, and payment network availability.
4. Failed Deliveries
If a payout fails due to incorrect UPI/bank details, bank-side rejections, or network issues, the reward points are automatically restored to the user's wallet. The user can correct their payment details and re-submit the withdrawal. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more details.
5. Physical Products
Akarshan Laminates products (plywood, laminates, decorative sheets, etc.) are manufactured and distributed through our network of authorized dealers, distributors, and retail partners. The purchase, delivery, and return of physical products are governed by the terms of the respective dealer or retailer from whom the product was purchased. This platform does not handle or facilitate the shipping of physical products.
6. QR Code Delivery
QR codes are physically affixed to Akarshan Laminates products at the time of manufacturing. Each QR code is unique and tied to a specific product. Once the product is purchased and the QR code is scanned, the reward points are credited digitally. QR codes are not sold, shipped, or distributed separately from the physical products.
7. Modifications to this Policy
